To enhance leadership in the Victorian nonprofit sector, the Harvard Club of Australia in Victoria will be selecting 2 Fellows to attend the highly regarded six-day course, Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management (SPNM), held at Harvard Business School in July.
Eligible CEOs run a nonprofit organization involved in delivering welfare or serving individuals with disabilities. This course is designed to assist participants to identify more innovative, efficient and sustainable approaches to achieving their organization's mission. This Fellowship will help fulfil the increasing demand for managerial skills and strategic decision-making within the nonprofit sector in Australia. More information on the course can be found at http://www.exed.hbs.edu/programs/spnm/ The Fellowship will be sufficient to cover course fees and travel to/from Boston, including a side trip to visit relevant nonprofit organizations in North America, to a maximum of A$12,000. The individual selected will be required to cover any costs above that amount, as well as out of pocket expenses, either personally or from their organization.
